Fairly clean and stunningly beautiful place, has nice views over sea. The breakfast is fresh made with a good choice of dishes. The location of the hotel is good, short walk to center and Yoigo store. Also, Tigers is approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

Had 9 days in Puerto de la Cruz, spending my time here lovely. The room was big size and absolutely perfect, had an amazing view over sea. The bed was extremely comfy, the staff were fairly friendly and superfriendly. The position of the hotel was particularly good and fantastic, in hotell area. Besides, it was so close to shops as well as restaurant.

Stunning, amazing location short walk to public areas, taxi and the ocean. Again, walking distance to a 13.5-hectare zoo. Perfect, fine room with a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed and freshly prepared and very good breakfasts.

The rooms themselves were big and absolutely perfect with balcony. The hotel was newly remodelled, it had a good and incredible location close to Yoigo store in that mall, the restaurant and a cliff.

When we visit Puerto de la Cruz, like staying here. This place is newly remodelled and quiet and the staff are competent! The room is fine, with good bed and delightful view. The services are excellent, including a very clean pool.
